One selfie from your guest
and they get every photo
in 10 seconds
No scrolling through 3,000 photos to find yourself. No app to install, no account to create — and nothing for guests to pay, because the organiser already has.
The photo budget should come back with numbers
Jerroop turns a folder of photos into a measurable guest experience: search usage, reach, branding visibility, and privacy controls your team can explain.
10 sec
guest search target
A guest scans, takes one selfie, and gets matched photos without waiting for staff.
No app
browser-first flow
Guests do not install anything, create an account, or pay again to find their own photos.
1 event
contained matching
Search results stay inside the selected event, with matching strictness managed per event.
PDPA
consent built in
Consent, retention, private storage, and selfie deletion are part of the workflow.
Good photos nobody ever sees
You pay a photographer for the whole day, and the photos end up in a link nobody opens.
A link nobody scrolls to the end of
Three thousand photos in a Drive folder. Guests look at the first thirty and close the tab.
Guests cannot find themselves
The people who want their photos most are the hardest ones to find in the pile.
The organiser gets nothing back
You pay the full photography bill and have no way to show what it achieved.
Three steps to go live
The organiser sets it up once. Guests install nothing.
Upload the event photos
Drag a whole folder in. Faces are processed in the background, and an interrupted upload picks up where it stopped.
Put the QR sign up at the venue
The system lays out a print-ready A4 poster. Put it by the exit or the registration desk.
Guests scan and take a selfie
It opens in a phone browser — no app — and their photos appear.
More than face matching
The whole path, from photos arriving at the venue to a report you can hand a sponsor.
Thousands of photos at a time
- Drag in a whole folder. Chunked upload resumes after a dropped connection.
- Duplicate files are detected automatically — no wasted storage, no reprocessing.
- Per-photo status: queued, processing, or done.
Face search
- Every face in the frame is detected, not just the person in the middle.
- Guests use their phone camera — no app, no sign-up.
- Results are locked to one event, and matching strictness is set per event.
Print-ready venue signage
- A QR code generated per event, downloadable as PNG or SVG.
- An A4 poster already laid out — print it and put it up.
- A short link for the programme booklet or a group chat.
Post-event report
- How many guests searched, how many found themselves, how many photos each.
- What share of your photos reached the person in them.
- Which shots were matched and downloaded most.
Your brand, not ours
- Upload the organiser or sponsor logo.
- Guests who scan the QR see your brand on the search page.
- Add a banner carrying your sponsors.
Secure and auditable
- Originals stay in private storage, reachable only through expiring links.
- Consent is taken before every search, and selfies are deleted automatically.
- Set a retention period per event and the system clears it on schedule.
The same search flow, shaped for different kinds of organisers
You do not need a different tool for every event type. The guest experience stays simple while the business outcome changes with the event.
When families want their own photos fast
Graduation albums are huge, guests are emotional, and the people who care most about the photos have the least patience to scroll.
- Parents and graduates find their own photos without help from staff.
- The organiser gets a clear post-event report instead of a folder link.
- Sponsors and faculty branding stay visible on the guest-facing page.
When thousands of finishers want proof they were there
Race-day photos carry the most value when participants can get to their own moments quickly, without downloading an app at the venue.
- Runners search from one selfie even when they do not know the photographer gallery.
- Your team can hand out one QR sign instead of answering the same question all day.
- The event keeps a measurable story for sponsors after the finish line.
When the event budget needs a business result
For company events and conferences, photos are not just memories. They are proof of attendance, engagement, and sponsor visibility.
- Guests get their own photos without creating support load for the organiser.
- Branding and sponsor placement stay under the organiser’s control.
- The final report helps justify the photography budget with real usage data.
One flow for guests, organisers, and the post-event report
The public page stays simple. The organiser side keeps the levers: upload status, QR signage, branding, privacy settings, and reporting.
Scan the sign, consent, take one selfie, and download matched photos.
Guest page that needs no explanation
A phone-first search page, event branding, consent text, and clear download actions.
Organizer controls before the event
Upload photos, adjust matching strictness, set retention, and export the QR poster before doors open.
A report after the event
Show stakeholders how many people searched, how many found photos, and how far the gallery actually reached.
Keep your shooting workflow. Add a smarter handoff.
Jerroop is not trying to replace photographers or force a new editing stack. It makes the delivery layer easier for organisers and guests.
Shoot and edit the way you already do
Keep your camera setup, culling process, Lightroom workflow, and final export format.
Drop the finished photos into the event
Upload the final folder once. Jerroop handles matching, QR access, and guest delivery.
Let the organiser own the guest experience
The organiser can brand the search page and use the report, while your team avoids repetitive photo-finding support.
One event fee. Unlimited guest searches.
Choose by photo volume and service level. Never by guest count, search count, or a mandatory monthly subscription.

We do not sell photos to guests.
We sell results to organisers.
Photo-selling platforms charge attendees per image. We charge the organiser per event and let guests search as much as they like — because a photo that never reaches the person in it is money spent for nothing.
Unlimited guest searches
Priced per event, not per guest or per gigabyte. A 2,000-person event costs the same.
Built for PDPA
Consent every time, the moment of consent recorded, and selfies deleted on schedule.
A team in Thailand
The whole system is available in Thai, and you deal with people in your own timezone.
Face data is sensitive data.
So this is how we handle it.
A face image is biometric data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, so consent is not an optional extra — it is the starting condition of the system. Everything on the right is running today, not planned.
Read the privacy policy- Consent is taken from the guest before every search, with the time it was given recorded.
- The selfie used to search is deleted automatically on schedule — it is never kept indefinitely.
- Original photos stay in private storage, reachable only through links that expire.
- Search results are confined to a single event and never cross into another.
- All event data is deleted after the retention period agreed in advance.
Answers before the first sales call
A few practical details that usually decide whether an organiser is comfortable putting face search in front of guests.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests open the event link in a browser, consent, take one selfie, and see matched photos.
Who pays for the system?
The organiser pays for the event. Guests can search without a per-photo paywall or per-search charge.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. The guest-facing page can show organiser and sponsor branding instead of feeling like a third-party gallery.
What happens to the selfie?
It is used for that search flow and deleted automatically according to the event retention setting.
Does it work for large albums?
The upload flow is designed for large event folders, resumable uploads, duplicate detection, and per-photo processing status.
Can photographers still deliver their own edited photos?
Yes. Jerroop sits after the editing/export step and focuses on discovery, delivery, consent, and reporting.
